Mount Kapayas: An Adventurous Climb To One Of Cebu’s Highest Peaks

Traveling isn’t always filled with rainbows and butterflies. From transportation pains to booking issues, there are a lot of unforeseen and inevitable setbacks along way, every time we hit the road. Even in local destinations and nearby trails like Mount Kapayas, we, as travelers, go through a ton of hurdles and rough situations.  But at the end of the day, these hurdles foster personal growth as well as make every moment in our trip even more worthwhile. My recent hike with Team Bang to Mount Kapayas also had a share of misfortunes and not-so bright moments. Yet, for all the fun and upsides of our first Kandungaw Peak adventure, I still felt there was something missing. With thick fogs literally covering the mountains and hills, we barely saw anything below and the horizon, as we were standing on the summit.…

Club Fort Med: A Gorgeous And Relaxing Seaside Resort In Boljoon

Billing itself as the best beach getaway resort in South Cebu, Boljoon’s Club Fort Med was such a pleasant reward after a marvelous caving adventure in Argao. While seaside resorts aren’t my cup of tea, Club Fort Med still swept me off my feet with its laid-back tropical charm and inviting pools. Not to mention, it has cushy accommodations that gave me a relaxing good night’s sleep. I wasn’t really pumped up, when my girlfriend Rabbie, told me we were going to Club Fort Med, after our quick visit to the mystical cave in Argao.  Even though they are lovely, great and relaxing, seaside resorts aren’t just my thing. I…
